Downloading Scenarios Support Apolyton, buy GURPS/ Alpha Centauri

I'm not sure I'm in the right forum, but I have a question.

I am trying to download Phoenix's WWII scenario from CFC (due to a registering problem, I can't post there). The problem is that I cannot open it up after I download it. It is in the scenarios file in the PtW civ3Xedit, but when I try to open it when I start the game, a message pops up saying, "Cannot load scenario. File may be corrupt." I'm not sure what this means. Any help would be very much appreciated.

Download it again.

If it still doesn't work, there's nothing you can do about it. The file on CFC's server is corrupt.
