I have built a civ 2 scenerio of the Civil War that is outstanding. however, I can t get the changes I made to the icons of the units and value changes to be included when others download the scenerio. Now I can change rules.txt and play the game with others without the graphic changes but the graphic changes are really cool and I want them included,
Please give me the advice i need and The King will greatly be indebted to you.
