	The Diplomatic Bar: First Floor - Performance and Cocktails Got spare money?

Welcome one and all to The Diplomatic Bar. I have decided to start a bar right here in the heart of the region. Welcome to the first floor, where we serve cocktails of every description, any drinks your heart desires, and we have a live band every night. Please vote for which band should be our house band. A list of drinks will be up shortly, but in the meantime, please ask for anything you wish.

(OOC: A general spam discussion thread was ask for, so here it is /OOC)

BTW: Free drinks all night, and the position of assisstant bartender, for the first person to name all 7 bands that the poll names were ripped off. Some are very easy, some not so.

Congrats elijah, they are all correct. Anyone guess the last 2?

The last one was the easiest IMHO.

There is no smoking room, as to respect the laws of all countries, smoking is prohibited in public places among the diplomatic complex. In the privacy of your own place you may partake as you wish.

elijah: No, it is respecting the law that others object to it. The fact that you do not have a law against it is irrelevant. We do not want you forcing your smoke onto other people. That is you breaking the Mill Limit. You are free to do it in any place you privatly own, but you are not forcing your smoke onto others.

Giovanni: Correct! (Phat - Fat, Man - Boy, Beach is a reference to his yearly Brighton Beach performace and his birthplace) There's just one to go: 'Mars and Mars'. Think about the fact that it repeats, think about chocolate. I can give you more, but this is an easy one, come on guys!

On the contrary, although it is a grey area and one could argue smoking to be environmental, I was specifically asking for a smoking room, for specific smokers. Those wishing to enter would have to agree to the terms that they would be breathing smoke.

You can ask for it, but I own the bar, and this bar has one room at the moment, the first floor. If you want to smoke, feel free to at home before you come out, and once you go back. This bar is no smoking, as it is a public place.

Anyway, if you want to stay here, there's a 1 drink minimum What'll it be?

Well I just wanted to stop by and see the new bar. Maybe elijah would like to talk about the race to mars between our two nations. Anther thought would this not be a good place for spies to plant bugs and listen in to conseversations and get information out of drunk people?

We're winning! . Took off ages ago, and are currently heading towards Venus (the only way to approach Mars using gravitational "catapulting", around Venus, then the Earth again).
