Possibilities post war:
1) GCA or/and CFC came to CDG's aid against us, seeing us as the threat we are. We have to continue the war.
2) GCA or/and CFC decided to jump on the CDG land grab bandwagon realizing they are doomed and that we get all the territory otherwise. Obviously, we can't allow that :P
3) Our army is still in tact after the war, we have our choice of what to do.
4) Our army is decimated but we win. We probally have to fortify and rebuild as MZ said.

There is one additional possibility that we should very seriously consider:
CDG and CFC are allies. In our most recent friendly chat with Michealis Rex he was telling us about GCA losses against CFC, and it was clear that his team is obviously in close communication with CFC regarding their war on GCA. Fighting the same enemy has brought them together in a way that we should not underestimate. Should Apolyton attack CDG it is possible that CFC will want to come to CDG's aid, or more likely, will take advantage of the situation to strengthen the northern and southern chokepoints.
I don't know how powerful GCA will be when we start this war, however, one thing we should not disregard is that GCA will instantly view us as heros should we attack CDG, and they will happily watch as we wreck havoc on CDG. They will not help CDG and they may even offer to help us destroy them.
Once CDG is gone, we will have a friendly GCA and a likely suspicious/hostile CFC. Of course, the two of them hate each other, and CFC likely will hate GCA more than us. We need to then orchestrate a 2 on 1 offensive against one or the other. And given that CFC is far more dangerous than GCA, and that GCA will be weaker, I would recommend we join with GCA to attack CFC ... and then stab GCA in the back when the conflict is over.

My vote is for trying to remain as humble as possible after we take care of CDG, so that CFC and GCA naturally keep on attacking each other. This, of course, may not be possible. In this case, if we've got overwhelming force, I vote for wiping GCA out ASAP, else we fority and build (again). With this much land at our disposal, we can play a pretty strong builder game after CDG is gone.

CDG shall of course be our first target, and the entire time we will maintain the good relations with GCA that are growing ever more as they start to realise they will need our help and SOON. Once CDG is done we should be well in with GCA, and at the same time we should have managed to placate CFC as well. Now the only reason I can see CFC looking at us as enemies is through their alliance with CDG. Seeing as CFC will not be in any position to threaten us unless they have a mammoth counter-attack against GCA and meet our armies as we end CDG, we need not worry. If such a thing were to occur, we would certainly have some warning of it.
Then is a long time away, with CDG likely destroyed completely. Our GA will likely be over or nearly over, unless we have some good luck to include with our good planning. CFC is far away and difficult to attack unless they are still in a very weakened state from this current war, which is why we must try to keep them giving us as much info as possible. Ideally we should attack CFC and finish them off at this time if the troops can reach them. Otherwise we are left looking at what is left of GCA to hit.
When CDG is gone or effectively crippled beyond recovery, we DO need to press on if we have the forces remaining. When that time comes CFC should be what we aim at, but only if our forces are far enough into current GCA territory taking out CDG that it is practical to do so. Otherwise we should make the most of the situation and finish off GCA before THEN heading to CFC.
We don't want to take too many risks here, andthe army that destroys CDG will not be enough to take out two other civs in their heartlands unless they are both badly smashed from this war. The most smashed one(s) we can reach should be our target(s), but if there forces are strong enough or ours depleted enough we must stop and use what forces we have left to form the core to a bigger force that can be ready to take our next target (whoever it is) before they have half a chance at rebuilding.
