Mouse Drivers Seem To Help Got spare money?

Strange as it may sound, but i just updated my Micro$oft IntelliMouse Optical drivers and managed to play my first full(ish) game - single player against one AI player.

Not sure if its fixed my problem completely but the game lasted about 40 mins - which is aboout 25mins longer than ever before

Hope this helps someone.
