	Hair Support Apolyton, buy Call to Power 2

Gay men are useless for hair advice because they all think it needs to be short.

So I want some other opinions, if possible.

I want to change my hair to try something new. I've kept it short for a while now, done everything from spike it to make it ****gy to parting it. And I don't really care for it, I end up wearing a cap too often because I don't like it.

So what I'm thinking of going for is something long enough so it can move around and cover the ears, but not too long...Something like Brandon Boyd's:


Although what I'm going for wouldn't be that messy, but still stylishly messy/disheveled.

Here's what it looks like as of a few days ago:

And this is what it looked like a couple months ago when I got it cut. (see attached picture)

So I'm wondering what some people might think would look good. I may get a haircut soon, or may try growing it out. Decisions, decisions...

The problem with the second one is it lasts about a week after a cut and then the hair just doesn't cooperate to do it properly.

Do you maintain your hair at all (i.e. self-cutting in between hair cuts)? If you can learn how to do it without butchering yourself, it gives lasting power to a good style like that.

Second one is better.

How do I grow mine? Its similar to Ashers but I want it long, whenever I grow it, it always grows out HELP! I want a mullet!!! I want to be white trash by christmas!!

Asher... nothing major... but I've gotten into a habit where I just give myself a neat little trim about once a week. It's become routine, just like shaving. I haven't gone for a haircut in close to 9 months. Get a clipper set from target and use the length settings they have. It's great! And every two weeks I have my GF shave around the hairline on my neck. Exploit someone who will do that for you.

I've saved about 200 bucks in the 9 months I haven't gotten a haircut.

Grr, almost everyone I've talked to says to cut it short.

I don't know what the summer is like in Calgary, but I always keep mine short. It's just more comfortable. Especially in the nasty, humid Chicago summers.... ICK!

I would prefer the long hair, but I'm not sure how it'd work on me. The last time I tried it just got big, but I never got an undercut or put anything in it...

But the in-between stage looks fugly too. :/

Easier to just get it cut I think.

Longer hair, a little bit less spikey. That's what I'd do. I'd also stop dyeing it. I find dyed hair to scream "I wanna be cool!!!".

First one is alright.. but nothing too much longer than that... unless you are lazy about getting hair cuts, like me .

It sounds as if, like me, you are destined by genes to have short hair. I can't grow hair like Boyd's because it is just too damned thick. The hair poofs out rather than scraggling down, becoming a veritable hair helmet.

Short's sexy anyway. And I agree with monkspider, the first pic of you looks better. The second is just too spikey.
