What have you eaten today? Support Apolyton or Terrorists Win

Today I've had a bowl of cereal, a kitkat, three slices of pizza, one tuna and chilli sandwich and one roast pork sandwich with baked beans. Washed down with 1.3 litres of water.

Is this healthy? Not healthy? Did I just start this thread out of boredom and attention seeking?

I'd kill for a fresh salad but this is provincial backwater England where finding a decent salad is harder than Boris during the Gay Pride Parade.

I had yogurt for breakfest and a swarma ( a type of Arab burrito thing stuffed with grilled chicken, onions, heavily seasoned, then the whole peta/tortia is lightly grilled as well so it is crisp) & mediterrean salad for lunch. I still have a few hours to figure out what to eat for dinner.

Sava,

Hey, a #6 is my meal at Wendy's - every time, a #6, no mayo, biggie sized w/ a Dr. Pepper...

In any case, I've had 3 bowls of Rice Crispies and a bunch of water so far today. When my sister and her b/f get into town in a few hours we're gonna go to dinner.

Damn that sounds good.

It's summer in northern Europe dammit. Just warm enough most days to stay outside yet not so hot as to be uncomfortable. I should be living on fresh salads and olive oil yet what do I find in the fridge? Heavy roast meats and boiled veg! Argh, my gran's never going to progress beyond WWII cooking.

Swarma's are good. I found a nice Iraqi restaurant/cafe not far from my work and the prices are very reasonable ($5-$8 per person for lunch). The owners are the most anti-Sadam people I have ever met; I mean they really, really didn't like Saddam.

Full PM-box? Change here!

Guacamole and Nachos for breakfast, followed by some Halva for a mid-morning snack. Potato Salad and a ricotta cheese/roasted hot pepper dip with nachos for lunch. Spinach and cheese tortellini with margarine and parmesan cheese for dinner. And a few raspberries... and, in a couple of minutes, a piece of cheese cake.

I've been eating alot of cheese lately... I was trying to cut back on that.

Coincidentally, Starchild has also had a trucker in him today, but that was out behind the highway rest stop.

As for today's food:

An everything bagel w/ butter and medium coffee for breakfast

A largish salad with grilled shrimp for lunch w/ a can of diet coke. The salad was too much, so I saved some for a later afternoon snack.

For dinner, I had some pasta primavera. I've also had many glasses of water throughout the day.

I'm about to eat a banana. should I just post a log of my calorie intake here?

I was reading about an eccentric scientist who lives in Italy that cutting your calorie intake by 20% (or was it 50%?) can drastically increase your lifespan. He verified this with rats, and is undergoing experiment himself.

While I lack the discipline to go that extreme, I do think cutting calories is fun. It feels so nice to lose weight so easily.
