I will lay out the plan and then explain at the bottom what I believe the plan does for us (if we follow it) and ways we can alter it to suit different goals (if we change our minds or if other needs arise).
I used an ancient version of E_T's city management spreadsheets for this. Thankfully, E_T's sent me an updated version, but I haven't cracked it open yet (it's not really a template, he sent me the filled-in ISDG spreadsheet).
Anyhow... the potential plan...

------------------------------------------------------
The plan would result in the completion of no less than 12 Jaguar Warriors over the next 36-37 turns, perhaps 1-2 more if waste isn't as bad as I am assuming.
We will also have CONSIDERABLE trade, which is why I believe we should turn up our science slider to the max allowable in order to get Mysticism faster rather than save the cash. We won't need the cash that badly (this game is not against hyper-research AI's) and our trade advantage (which can already be seen from the F11 screen) means we'll still likely out-compete anyone else to Mysticism even though we've wasted a few turns.
In the time period above, most civs will have their second or perhaps third city by its end. Some civs will have a spearman or two, but many will only have warriors (and regular ones at that). A force of near 10 Jaguar Warriors could easily bowl them over due to sheer numbers alone.
Following such an attack on the first opponent, we'd start our Golden Age, perhaps capture a capital city (if they didn't just disband it), and we could either attempt to continue the Jaguar rush or could switch priorities using our Golden Age to REX. If we did the latter (use GA to REX), we'd need to get our hands on iron and start pumping out swordsmen (or, failing that, get horses to pump horsemen) to really finish off the entire region
ALTERNATE PLAN:
We can also follow the above plan until after that first settler is complete and then take it in a different direction if we decide against doing a Jaguar rush. It's entirely up to us as the situation evolves, really.
