I bet the number of people who actually actively participate in the groups for which they are members (especially the DG groups) is a lot smaller than 1000 though

That would make it a lot more difficult to find people to play MP with; or to find out if someone is a citizen/team member of a certain demogame (team) or not.

To the best of my knowledge, 1K unique. Otherwise, we would be around 5K, with people like Trip, Apoc, and those who are in lots of CivGroups.

The Civgroups are little tucked away things that I doubt (m)any of the n00bs that could use them most notice. Badges work nicely as they are, thank you.

Maybe we should add a HoF civgroup, get all the people in that need to be, and then is there a way to restrict membership past that?
