PtW
I had a great game going in Civ III when I got PtW, but never went back to finish it. Same will probably happen to a PtW game when I get C3C.

I play PTW for an interesting reason.
For a Winter Solstice gift, the loved ones gave me a copy of PTW. I had been playing CTP and Civ2 and they thought they had found a new version. Well, they had, but it was only the expansion pack. I had to quietly go out and buy Civ3 (which was the gold edition or whatever they called it) so that I could use the gift I had been given. I carefully didn't tell them that the software I bought had been more expensive than the expansion pack I had been given.
So, I started my Civ3 as PTW. Given what I have seen, I am glad I did so. I think Civ3 by itself would have been a slight disappointment. As it is, it is a terribly wonderful addiction. (Oh, and I am patched up to latest levels.)
Excuse me, I have some pesky Aztecs to deal with and I have just convinced the Spaniards to help....
