	Aidun for Lord Chamberlain? Lose 30 kilos (of popups)

Since he nominated himself, no-one else has (as of yet) accepted a nomination, and King Togas has asked that we move this issue forward with haste, I am calling a vote of the House of Lords on the issue of Aidun's candidacy for the post.

If Aidun passes, we have a Lord Chamberpot Cleaner... err... Chamberlain

If Aidun does not pass, then we need to find another.

This vote will last a mere 48 hours.

Aidun will do a fine job upon his return, however, Spain needs a Lord Chamberlain now, not 3 weeks from now ...

Ok, then, who wants to be Lord Chamberlain until then? Don't ask me, I have no idea how bad my schedule is going to be until after early next week when I start this intensive langauge class.

This sounds like a very feasible conclusion. Aidun as Lord Chamberlain, BigFree as Deputy Lord Chamberlain and our Cheif Ambassador.

We will need a new pope, however. While I'm sure Aidun could easily play 2 characters ... one Lord and one Cardinal, I strongly prefer 2 individuals share these different posts so as we have some separation of powers.

Yes, Cian as Lord Chamberlain is fine by me. At least someone is making rapid movements. This slow-moving production of troops is a killer. We've already noted one Ansar in the mountains some tiles to the north of our border. And that vile scout of theirs is always watching our movements in Toledo.

It is a terrible thing - I almost want a war now, just to get the suspense over.

It's all or nothing.

The House of cardinals has to decide who will be the next Pope. Lzprst, you can play a cardinal in the House of cardinals if my character is no longer in it.

I know that Aidun will be gone for several weeks. I ask that Aidun appoint a Deputy Lord Chamberlain to take over his duties while he's gone.
