I want to know this in case I need to address joint foreign policy. They may bring this up and I can send a faster response if I know everyone's opinion beforehand.
eg:
Oh look Drones, it's datajack rose, and wow she doesn't have probes yet. Lets attack her jointly and after splitting her terriority in half you'll have the extra land you want.

Hrmm that is rather interesting.
I wasn't expecting that response. It's good thing that I asked as we can begin to get this foreign policy cleared up.
I was under the assumption our greatest threat would be datajack rose and maybe the university. Previously everyone I talked to said the university will likely attack us. Datajack Rose will probably go to war because of our social settings. Also I reckon Googlie gave the moonsoon jungle to the data angels.
Those two factions are builder factions so a early war would be to our advantage.

Besides the belivers, the angels and probably CyCon should be attacked.
In fact I myself doesn't really know why everybody hated her. But I'll concur Comrade Vander's opinion anyway. I think it is also the faction opinion that we'll be at war with the university too. Just don't know if we want to fight with them as soon as we find them. Depending on our military strength really.
