We need rules...We'll decide on them whenever but I would like to make one,please tell me if you aprove/disaprove

This alliance comes before others.If an ally of yours attacks a member of this alliance it is your dutie to sever relations with that country. (Unless our country starts the fight and then we are to jump in if the enemy country gets his allies to jump in)

Also I say if a country wants to join (Since this is a good and loyal alliance) I say we all have to trust eachother and such...So all of us must have to aprove if a country wishes to join

Thought I'd make a map of the current "Situation".I'll keep updating it of course.

Wouldn;t South Africa entering the Eurasian alliance make it necessary for another name change.

As Fuher of NAZI Germany I take this treaty...And I spit upon it!As you once said you'll not sign any agreements with Germany.I can only take this treaty as a sign of backstabbing from Russia.After your words earlier I cannot simply say "HEY EAAA let's trust him!".I advise you expand the other way.Everything East of me is Nazi Territory and you'll get thrown out if you have beef with my right of sovereignty.As for the rest of the EAAA I'm not sure what they want.But I'm sure I will not sign a NAP with Russia.

The Russian Federation is willing to give your new government a chance and to put aside what was said in the past. We wish to promote peace between our two nations and the alliances we belong too. We recongize that are words may have a little to harsh but our people have a hard time forgeting what has happen in the past.
