I would like to start up a new tribe. My goal is to found a tribe that is known for two qualities, in this order:
1) Honor and Loyalty. Never cheat, never surrender. *Lasting* friendship amongst tribal mates, no betrayals.
2) Advanced play. Strive to attain the highest ranking in tribal play.
I'm looking for a few specific role players to make this tribe successful. Here they are, in order of importance.
1) Two leaders: One administrator, and one *highly* advanced player. The administrator is kind of like the general manager of the tribe, running the day to day operations. The advanced player will teach new recruits; furthermore, he will set aside time to devise new strategies with the "R & D" committee.
2) Website administrator: Good website draws top talent. We need a person who has *expert* knowledge of graphic design to make our website the best-looking one in Gameleague.
In terms of recruits, I do not look for the "best" players. Rather, players who show great *aptitude* AND *dedication* for this game are IDEAL, for they can be trained to become elite. Loyalty is a quality that is must, because we do not want our investment in "human capital" to flee elsewhere.
