These tests are suppose to test your attitudes towards different people. This test is suppose to measure your attitudes towards black and white people. I'm white and my result was a slight preference towards European Americans over African Americans.

is this the test I just saw on King of the Hill 1 and 1/2 hours ago?

first of all, the page took too long to load . And the test takes 10 minutes. I don't have ten minutes to blow on the internet

Well I guess I'm a racist. I found the test pretty surreal and stopped at numerous points out of confusion

Moderate automatic preference for White 13%
Slight automatic preference for White 12%
Little to no automatic preference 12%
Slight automatic preference for Black 6%
Moderate automatic preference for Black 4%

I think that is the overall totals, for every white person that took it.

I got preference for blacks over whites.I think that was so becuase I was confused by the change in keys half-way (hitting what was for whites first as then black, hitting what was first for bad then for good. My mind is too slow to catch up to new instrcutions.

i posted this several months ago and i noticed one problem with it... there's two versions of the test, one with the right side of the keyboard dominant the other with the left side... if you take the test only once, you could get skewed results if one of your hands is too uppity or some ****. you got to take both versions and average out the scores. at least thats what i remember being wrong though i forget the specifics and cant give an example

It tells you in a gold bar at the top. Actually the numbers yuo gave where for all people taking the test, not just whites.

I took it again and this time it said I had no preference.

This test switches off. You sort the black people on one side. Then you sort them on the other side. It's 50-50.

anyway i took it again... i was on a roll with no mistakes for a while until the last two things...

in the end i got... "Your data suggest a strong preference for African American relative to European American"

well whoop de do... IIRC, the major problem I had with it was how the test was structured. The test at first pairs up white with good and black with bad, and then asks you to switch it around. So the test asks you to associate two things, and then reverses your association with it. It's not clear how much of the results is due to white and good being paired first and how much of it is really due to implicit association. To control for this factor, they should have paired black and good first for 50% of the tests.

actually i think they did that... i had black and good as the first part of the test...

thats what i was talking about... you got to take the test twice and take both versions.

I took the "Four Temperaments" test in digust. I came up as an "Idealist Counselor" which are the people that make the best uni teachers by the look of it.

Guess I'm in the right line of work.
