Just got the nice, thick letter, and to honor that I'll even use the annoying dancedance smiley.

It's a bit amusing, though - the lowest accepted score you got in with was 73.10, which happened to be exactly my score Just call me the bottom of the barrel boy!

Oh yes, I'll be studying English translation - and I've got Poly to thank for it. Writing at Poly has certainly improved my English skills in leaps and bounds, as evidenced by my 295/299 English score in the finals (I've mentioned this few times here and many many times in real life - it's always good to have a bit of piss in your head for nothing).

I'll probably leave for Tampere in late August. There's going to be a six-month gap in the education starting in January when I leave for my military service.

Yes, Finland has a mandatory military service. Some of my friends left for Kontioranta (traditional destination of service for Joensuu kids) today. One of them is also coming to Tampere after military.
