No biggie. In the end of the day, I sink or swim based on getting the mission accomplished. And there's a big difference in knowledge level of a new ensign and a LT who's got 5 years in. Not too hard keeping ahead. Especially after engineer's school. And I'm an O4 with more time in than a lot of the cheifs. looks a lot different than. Not too worried about an 19 year old E4's wisdom...
