O, and now that we're complete, can we start the draft on Sunday/Monday, or at least settle the draft order?

Those are all default rules, except I added 'Offensive Receptions' and 'Defensive Return TDs' as points generating stats.
As for playoffs there are 4 different options:
1) Week 15 & 16 (4 teams & 4 consolation)
2) Week 16 & 17 (4 teams & 4 consolation)
3) Week 14, 15 & 16 (8 teams)
4 Week 15, 16 & 17 (8 teams)
Now, the reason the weeks are different is because many choose not to play fantasy football in the last week of the season because many pro teams don't play their stars in those games.
As for 'consolation', in playoffs 1 & 2, there is a 4 team playoff for #1, then there is a 4 team consolation playoff (basically for #5). An 8 team playoff takes an extra week, but is for 8 teams vying for #1.
I took #1, playoffs not counting Week 17 and 4 team playoff with a consolation bracket.

I would vote to let Ming & Vlad in. Winning the league without them would not be the same. And a 14 league could be...interesting.

Exactly. In 10 players leagues the WR are almost useless.
I understand correctly that return yards are NOT counted?
