Cure my pigeon toe Support Apolyton or Terrorists Win

alright it's not that serious because i walk completely normally and i can run without tripping over myself and all that... the only problem is that half of my shoes wear out fast as hell... if you looked at the sole of my shoe length-wise, half of it (the inner half) always is worn down real bad to the point where after a while from the back there's an inch slant. i know it cant be healthy walking on these half-worn shoes like this and they make me look stupid. any tricks or anything to stop this problem?

when we ran the mile in gym class, i was the third fastest... of course, the track people had a meet that afternoon so they just jogged it but considering that i had no track training, that wasn't too bad.

anyway, what can i do about my shoes?

Arch supports are small pieces of neoprene or rubber like material that lift the arch of your foot. Arch supports is what I would try first alot cheaper than the Foot Dr. You can get them in the Foot section of any store (Foot powder etc)

U can always go to the Podiatrist or a general practioner & spend more money & they might just tell you go buy some arch supports & then You have spent $50+$15 or so for the arch supports...Why dont U go to the Emergency room complain that your feet are Killing U & if you try what the Emg. Doc tells U & it dosent work Dont Pay the bill. Since I dont know the exact price of the arch supports go price them yourself.

I thought the subject said 'Cure my CAMEL toe' and I was laughing for at least 2 minutes before I really read it and felt like a moron.

Can camel toe even be cured? (I'm talking about real camel toe, not man-bulge, which can be cured by duct tape, or so I've heard.)

I have the opposite problem. The outside of my shoes wears out faster. I'm TDL to see a doctor or buy shoe inserts for it so I just concentrate on walking on the insides of my feet.

Albert:

-Place your fingertips on a wall that you are directly facing and stand on your tiptoes on one foot. If you can't do it, a flat feet may be the culprit.
-When you get out of a swimming pool, look at your footprint on the concrete. The front of the foot will be joined to the heel by a strip. If your foot is flat, then the strip is the same width as the front of the foot, creating a footprint that looks like a stretched out pancake ("flat as a pancake"). With a normal arch, the strip is about half the width of the front of the foot. If you have a high arch, only a thin strip connects the front of the foot with the heel. Both footprints should be the same.

If these tests say you have flat feet, you can try arch supports. Also, if it starts to hurt in anyway, definately contact an orthopaedic surgeon.
