I find umbrellas to be extremely flimsy - they may keep out a gentle shower but howling gales always trash them.
Hmm... maybe there's a gap in the market for a heavy duty, windproof umbrella... any takers?

Yep, I also seldom carry watches now.
Iīve got a wristwatch, but, as my PDA also has a watch included and most of the times I carry my PDA with me, I have no reason to use the wristwatch
