I would gnaw off my own right arm if I thought it would help me sleep.

I use to work 7pm to 7am, 90 minutes from where I lived. Resulting which I was 'awake' and at work for 15-16 hours per day, leaving me 8 hours to get sleep. Unfortunatly for me, I also need to drink about 6 beers a day... Thus, for 2 years I opperated on 3-4 hours of sleep per day... Got use to it, but sleep deprivation was tough to get over at first... That was over 2 years ago, and still, today, only on rare occasions do I sleep over 6 hours a day.
I am never bored, however, I go to bed around 11/12pm and get up between 5 and 6am. The regularity of doing such I too feel is healthy, but the number of hours is dependent on the person, their diet, and their habits...
-I will have a nice day

Regularity can also be achieved by eating fruits and vegetables.

I don't smoke or drink, so I'm not offended by fruit.
Although I have been known to indulge in American Spirit and Jack Daniels, but that might not be the same thing.
