I agree with Slowhand......I've read enough complaints about how this doesn't work or how that doesn't but I have yet to read a solution to any of the problem that have been addressed. Evil, I thought you were a admin.? Why are you posting your complaints here in the forums? Don't you like have meetings or something that this kind of problems could be addressed in? If not then I see that as the only real problem with GameLeague.....no comunication between the staff. I belive that Frank, Kwang, and Blue do what they can when they can. To critize them is not really fair. Do you really think they are making money from this? No, they have real lifes beyond this. I'm sure it's hard to devote a full day, every day to the League. They are not being paid for this. Like was stated before this is a "club" and if you don't like it, leave it. The solution is easy, either become a full time admin. and make changes that you feel is needed, make sugestions that they could maybe used by the admin. or leave it. Civ Fan has done that and they also are very different from GameLeague. They have taken what they thought it should be and started a whole new system that they belive is better. I don't see them coming in here and trashing Gameleague for not being more like them. The Gameleage admins. are doing what they can when they can so lay off of them.

I can speak for civ fanatics, and i say that civ fanatics wants to stay on good food with all other ladders and forums. We can not help it if people misread us sometimes. Dankmaster put it just as it is. We worked out what we thought was best for civ fanatics as a ladder. Gameleague does it their way. We would gladly help gameleague out if they have any problems, and the other way around is welcome even more, we appreciate all the feedback we can get, especially from a veteran system such as Gameleague.
We do NOT need the stupid trash talk of Eyesofnight however. I think Markus should better reconsider in having Eyes as the spokesman for his ladder, because there is nothing you can do without more as a new ladder as a trash talker.
Civ fanatics would seriously consider working together with Markus' ladder, although we do not believe they offer something new to the civ society yet. We do not need people who actively talk trash about our ladder in the hope people run over to their ladder. That is just plain childish, and not constructive to the ladders. It does not fit in the purpose of a ladder: to serve the player's need.
Gameleague is the ladder of Apolyton
Civ fanatics ladder is the ladder of the civ fanatics main page and forums and we underwrite the policy of the civ fanatics center to serve all the needs for civ related games and even more by constantly improving our system.
Markus' ladder is for....?

hmmmm...this coming from a guy who constantly told me Markus was too lazy to do a ladder. And species, you didn't make civfanatics ladder, you stole it from CornMaster. And if you haven't noticed, you're not exactly the administrator of a booming ladder. You have players actually asking to be removed from you ladder and you won't remove them. As for the question to what Markus's ladder is for, it's to improve on the weaknesses of all the ladders. It will be up within the next couple of weeks hopefully and then you will see how out classed you truly are species. I find it almost disgusting that you continue to carry on this persona of someone who holds great power and is an expert on ladders. Your critique of ours is almost laughable. Gameleague is far superior to CFL and Markus's ladder is already far superior to gameleague. By the way, why again did you ask me so many times to join your ladder? I am simply a trash talker after all.

Eyes isn't a spokesman, just as he wasn't one for gameleague. Its not my fault that some people get excited when they see what a far superior product can do. I have only spent 5 hours on it and am already way further along then gameleague is after years of "development". But the ladder will only be a small portion of my site. In terms of programming a ladder is insignificant, the entire thing can be done in a day or 2. Having said that we would welcome the opportunity to work with apolyton and civfantics to make civ a more enjoyable gaming experience.

Mindfields, I'm not trying to blame the members. In fact I concede at the beginning that it's my fault. I was merely giving a suggestion that would allow players to take matters into their own hands. I'm actually serious about this. If you're interested, I could give you book lists and everything.

The main problems are member created problems, that are having to be responded to by League officials. Problems that shouldn't even have to be dealt with much.

Unbelivabe I can't belive that crap that seems to be coming out. This is starting to sound like something Evil/eyes has stated before "I usally start stuff or threating to leave when I'm preparing to do something". I belive that he is up to something. Why come and complain about how the league and tribes are set up now? Eyes you are a slimy kind of a person, now of course before you start flaming me here in the post let me remind you of more previous statements of yours "how I am on the post and how I am in real life is two different things". That is probally true, you come off as someone who really has something to say when you are at your podium but you are really are an insecure little person who has nothing to say but how much greater of a person you are than the rest of world. Please, at 18 years old you have nothing to say or offer until you reach a age where you are more mature. Finish college, stay away from the alchol and become a productive part of socity. Then will your observations and (hopfully) for sugestions will be taken seriously. Now feel free to attemt to trash me for my usage of pot. That way I'll be able to remind you of my company and what me yearly income is again!!!!!!!

I would rather concede a game taht could go on for hours in a bribe war and then turn around and beat you 5 times in a row in 1 hour. However you decided that one game was enough.
