Ah! A little googling says that the Aasu sisters are from Puni Puni Poemi, the 'sequel' of Excel Saga. This leads me to believe that any possible, ehm, dirty interpretation of the picture is not too far-fetched.

(PPP was video-only which gave the creators some... creative liberty)

Ah, that explains the sudden appearance of this picture. (Captain Salty is a friend of mine who directed me to this picture, and who has also recently seen Puni Puni Poemi, so it all fits. Unfortunately, he is far too intoxicated at the moment to explain the picture's meaning to me, so I thought, "if anybody else knows what this is about, he'll be from Finland.")

Although... I mean... the scissor movement is kind of redundant since the fingers are not on spot or anything... then again, the castration or labia theories will be defenestrated on the same basis I suppose.
