The greatest programming project ever took only 7 days. We are trying to debug the ****ing thing until now.
Morale: design before you implement.

P.S: It would be good to use in apolyton trolling contest.

Very thought-provoking, although I personally think Morrowind is the more realistic or the two.

One of the funnier review parodies I've seen, can imagaine some hardened gamer reading about this and thinking?

And what about replayability? All I get is one shot? You have to be kidding me I want my hard earned dollars worth!!! I want it to be turned based none of these rush decisions, its a game of strategy not action or adventure!!!

Then you ahve people complaining about the lack of cheats, or how attempting to often sends you to jail, on and on. No easter eggs(other than during easter). You don't get to see the end game credits, etc.

Is that one of the rare games where your decisions and character in the prequel actually affect gameplay in the sequel?

Problems with this game:

1. Play is unbalanced - some characters start with more resources, better families, better bodies or "personalities" than other players.
2. Rules are way too complicated. Remember Sid Meiers " if it aint fun, dont put it in"
3. Similarly while most decisions are trivial, a few key ones can decisively impact the course of gameplay
4. Needs a much better manual - rules are very unclear, and appear to change frequently - strategies that used to work well no longer do.
5. Not as addictive as you might expect - I hear thousands leave the game voluntarily every year, and many more would but find discontinuing too much bother.
6. On the other hand, if you play it intensely, are willing to accept and even embrace surprise, enjoy the variety and suspense without worrying about the fairness of the rules set,and can tolerate the micromanagement, it can be a very enjoyable and rewarding game.

ROTFLMAO

Even rarer, you can't buy the sequel until you have finished the original game. No one even gets to see the sequel except in very rare occasions.

Like with all the other MMOG's if you foolishly look at the game forums you will risk finding yourself swamped in a tide of self pitying bile ridden posts from people who just want everyone else to share their misery. My advice is to get on and play it your way

of course its better here, siro. I mean really.
Ani od lo melech. I mean the whole point is that Real Life (TM) is a game, and should be discussed as one.
Ani od lo melech.
Ergo, we can have more interesting discussions here, where we normally discuss games.
Ani od lo melech.

and of course, pardon my dik-duk.

Lord of the mark, you would better write +1 without explaining in Hebrew why dont you want to post in offtopic.

well i thought it was funny. which means it had real content unlike, say, posting a number. And the english parts were ontopic, and straightforward, so from an anglophone point of view, it was an on topic post, with just a little foreign gibberish thrown in. By adding the hebrew i was pointing out what should be obvious anyway, but adding a touch of humour (the humour largely coming from use of a language that siro would know, but that others could be expected not to know. Thus making fun of the whole plus a number thing.

(i will again point out, in case ANYONE is listening, that I do not make Plus a number posts, or one word posts without content. If i really wanted to just get to king with no effort, there would be many places to put "I agree" posts here and on other on topic forums i frequent. I have carefully avoided doing so - if however the powers that be want to reduce me by the number of posts i have made to this thread, i would not complain - though i would be disappointed)
