there is a program called lazyciv that is said to be able to fix exactly this problem ... the thing is I never needed it, since my only PBEMs up to now were played in hotseat-mode and i have absolutely no idea how the program works ...

Ok, one thing first. Can anyone - just to make sure - post the updated files for the scenario? I think they changed so often I can't say if I got the right ones.

The Turn:

Italy offers peace to all nations. To make this possible the Italian navy left the their positions near the austrian cities at the gulf of venice.
I urge everyone to accept because Italy is still strong ... just tired of fighting!
