No doubt there was a load of courage involved or the prize would have been claimed before now. Didn't mean to imply anything different. Still wish I had known where they were. $30 mil for both. Obviously worth the cost.

I'm not sure what the relevant statute is, but it would be a war crime. That's not to prejudge the issue, but members of the administration have made remarks along the lines of "killing them is what we want." That would be unjustifiable.
