I'm sorry that we could not make it last week. We just couldn't get a group together on such short notice.
I'm sure that if we had 48 hours notice we could get a team ready to play.
So just let me know when is a good time for you and we'll try to get this show on the road.

This sunday will be too difficult for me! i ll try but not sure! if my brother finds anyother member of our clan then u might play! discuss it with him! i do not see him too much to tell this! this period for me it is easier to contact with my brother via email rather than conversation!
P.S. We live in the same house! lol! this is a real tragedy!

Guys, what will be the setting here? I'm thinking medium map, customized for 5 billion, wet, warm, 2x 2x...

I am thinking that they won't make it but if they do med. wet warm and 4 billion and no trading cities units and no bribing giving units are ok same as cities but no trade back and units can move for 1 full turn

5 billion makes resource allocation completely spread out, so I prefer 5 over 4 billion.

Darflex - the whole point of customizing the map is to make sure that everyone gets an equal shot at getting resources. According to the game manual, 3 billion makes the resources clustered together, and the older the earth, the more "spread out" the resources.
5 billion is a fairer choice for all parties involved.

5 billion tends to produce mountain covered small maps, but medium maps are okay. I too vote for 5 bill.

true. but 5 million year maps make for wack troop movement, and i find them to be just weird.
if this is an issue we could see if we could use one of frank's premade maps...
however, i can play on a 5 million no problem. let's see what the other tribe says. not that they have been saying much. about anything.

Completely off-topic, but, Dr. Fell, how the heck did you get Warlord status so fast? I recall that I got my Spartan account at Apolyton before you, but you beat me to Warlord. I'm hurt by that. ;-)

Okay, I'm officially very angry at the Koletsian tribe for ditching us twice in a row. I cancelled all my itineries and waited with Boozemaster for our first tribe game. We were scheduled to start at 3:00 PM EST, and we waitied for them from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM.
Without a firm commitment, tribe games involving 4 players just cannot get started. We've seen very little initiative on the part of Koletsian tribe and we are very very disappointed.
I'm not sure if I'll be able to start our next inaugral game, and I'm angry about it! :-(

What is wrong with all you BlackHander tribesmen! Don't you know how hard it can be to get two guys together to play the great game of CIv II! In fact one of the members of the Coletsians works for me in my big famous corperation that I'm CEO of and I had him working today! All day babay and I payed him next to nothing which is what your little tribe is! Nothing! So thats why they couldnt be their!!
And the guys name is Xoratsizis or somethang and he wanted me to tell you to cram it! And to cram the tribe game! So quit wining and get on with your lives! Its like I keep telling all my gees and hoes its time to move on babay!
ps can I play your tribe! I'm pretty good!

anyways ye of the black hand, perhaps we should withdraw the challenge and play someone who actually wants a game, and who knows the URL for this forum.
