The military advisor screen tells you which units the selected nation has captured and which of their units has been captured by you.
Is there any chance that GoW and ND can notice that we've allowed the Spaniards to capture 7 cats? |
no, thats only with regards to workers, as they keep their national identity. A cat is a cat is a cat, so no, they wouldn't know. I suppose if RP jumped in power dramatically they could think something odd was up, but other than that, no.

Well, the power graph won't tell them as much since units make up only a small fraction of your power rating, according to Trip's experiments. |
that's what I'm saying. They could only tell if they (ND) were suddenly weak compared to them or something, which catapults are negligible, right?

Hey, that's actually a nice way of masking your army's strength - relying heavily on bombardment units and defensive units, while building non-unique units for your offensive corps. |
That is a good point. Add in the devaluation on mobile units and you can be quite stealthy.
