Que pasa Reismark!
No forum announcements on the outcome of the HAC awards? No discussions post-ceremony? No fancy page in the HAC site with interviews to the winners? You need to watch E! more often, man

Alternatively you might want to enlist the help of some expert publicist who advises you how to sell your product better

You could start, for example, from the beginning: how do the HAC awards look like? I find it fascinating that the HAC award still has no "face". Given your tastes, may I suggest the figure of an Eco Engineer for that purpose?

Hmmm - might this expert publicist be you?

BTW - I think we'll have much more considerable attention when we EXPAND TO INCLUDE SMAC AND CTP and HOST THE SCENARIO DESIGN CONTEST.

I do not know enough of this business. It's just that IMHO the HAC awards have gone unnoticed for almost everybody, and they were supposed to be the essence and reason of existance of HAC, weren't they?
What about asking MarkG? He is undoubdtedly a master in attracting people to his site..

No, the HAC awards were just designed to get the site off the ground. I wish they had attracted more attention, but what is is. Maybe next time. It would probably be a good idea to get some exposure tips.

Since I gave away the secrets, let me say:

HAC IS EXPANDING!!!!!

Sorry to break it too you Reismarck, but CTP isn't getting much support in the scenario area. I doubt SMAC offers much for scenarios either.

You'll probably get good CTP scenarios from Harlan but that will be it.

The Scenario Design Contest page will appear at the same time as the SMAC and CTP expansion. The current setup of the page itself makes it practically impossible to do it beforehand. Both will happen in the coming weeks, though!

Maybe you should have the HAC awards happen twice a year in 6 month intervals instead of one full year? Maybe even 4 times a year in 3. There will be PLENTY of good scenarios in 3 months time and it is stupid to wait until next spring.

CTP scenario prospects dont look that great at all! I doubt there will be enough good ones made to constitute an award for best scenario.

(BTW, I never said we were going to wait another year. "Everyone seems so interested all of a sudden!"
