Unitrules? Buildingrules? I can't find it... anyone else? I want to up the general ranges of airplanes.

Oh, man, how embarrasing... I looked right at that! It was that simple!?!? LOL. I assumed not because you are shown the range of attack when you click on the airbase...

Hmmm seems like maybe that's not it: the stealth bomber has a default range of 0-3 while the biplane's is 0-7...
I'll try 'em though....

Ok, no that is not it- that is the actual range of it's guns... I'm talking about fuel range. Mission range. ANyone else know? I'm still looking.
EDIT: FOUND IT
You need to up the amount of MANA the units have- that's their fuel. Pretty obvious in hindsight.
