im havin trouble findin resourses and im very slow too advance in tech.

Well, I recomend you take a look at the strat forum and read some threads and do some searches. There are many different strategies and the best one for you depends on your play style and the difficulty that you are playing the game on.

for resources that you just can't see on the map, hit control-shift-m, will take off the roads and units and such.
