You should run Windows Update immediately and download all of the critical security fixes. A bunch of Chinese Hackers have released code for a worm to use a specific flaw to wreak havoc, so it'd be in your best interest to close the hole before they start.

Not formally, but none of us have time to read every post by every poster, so some things just don't get seen.

I apply different standards to different situations though.

For example, when you and UR go at each other, you're both reasonably thick-skinned, don't go whining to the mods, both dish it out, and you don't cross any of the real serious lines (family members, ethnicity, etc.), plus the two of you are fairly entertaining, so I let that go.

Some people just need to be ridden a bit harder to keep them marginally in line, and some don't have very good control once they get into rant mode.
