It appears they have the www.civgaming.net forum running.
Buster has signed up all the members of the drones.
I suggest that all upper level ministers create an account if they have not already, and post their username to this thread.
Voltaire needs to approve who will be given access. I would suggest everyone that posts at least every week or so is given access. However, this is up to the chairman's discretion.
When Voltaire gives the go ahead for party members to join the drone-hive forum then it will be suggested that party members signup to the civgaming and post their username here.
The authorised members will be added to the access list of the new forum.

To Hive members - Rules for the embassy forum
To make it easier to know what are official negotiations and what isn't there will be a naming convention.
Threads started with "Official -" are diplomatic responses by the hive as a faction. Under no circumstances are these to be created or posted to without approval of the chairman or the Hive Foreign Minister. Anything you say in such a thread will be assumed to have the full backing of the Hive, so it is important to obtain approval. Posting or creating a official thread without hive backing may result in ejection from the embassy forum.
It is planned that all official issues will be decided with polls, although some judgement will be made on what would be acceptable to the rest of the Hive.
If you wish to bring up a serious idea or question then "Suggestion -" or "Question -" threads should be used to denote that you want to bring up game business. Approval is not required to post or create such threads. However, you must be careful with your words as any posts to such threads will be considered serious and related to the game.
If you wish role-play use "IC -" (in character). Any posts to a IC thread should not be considered to have meaning in the actual game. For example if writing a story, to make it interesting a hive member can pretend to plan assassination attempt of a drone member or vice versa. This should bear no relation to the actual intent of the said members. IC is imaginary fun and should not affect negotiations in any shape or form. However, insulting people in IC for the sake of insulting them will not be tolerated.
Any unlabeled threads should be considered spam. Posts to unlabeled threads don't have to be serious. Again no insults, and also be careful of jokes or comments that may inflame someone else.
