Marshal's observations
-There were a heck of a lot more Germans near Perekop than I thought possible
-Don't forget to change the files to Part 4
-Planes can be shot down by tanks in winter, don't forget
-That bridge on the Don near Stalingrad didn't go away yet, Stalingrad and Rostov are still threatened and can't really turn their garrisons to the attack until the Germans stop spawning there.
-The Belorussian, NW and Baltic fronts need to start planning their advances into the Heart of Germany for approval, a coordinated plan of action will get us farther, faster.

Tank production at record levels, citizens of many cities go hungry in order to maximise production. But we have stored enough food over the summer to prevent starvation. Cities which have newly come under civilian administation are made into efficient troop production cities. Labour Front Wonder begun in Vorkuta.
