	OFFICIAL-Constitution of the Human Hive Suffering from ads?

The attached is the final draft of the proposed new constitution of the Human Hive. To pass it requires a 2/3 majority. It shall official come into effect on August 1st, elections for the positions will be held in the coming week.

To those wishing to amend the constitution at this time may use the write in option and propose an official amendment to a part of the constitution. Those wishing to do as such must use the proper format of the constitution, and must clearly indicate which portions of the constitution they wish to change by first providing a quote of the current draft, and then their own revisions with the revisions in bold.

I'm afraid I have some complaints, namely a typo.

quote: (2a) The Deputy Chairman has the right to: -advise the Chairman in all matters of State.

'advice the Chairman' is not correct grammer.

Our state is called at least two different names in the docuement. Are the Hiverian and Hiverial? Both adjectives are used in the full name of our faction at different points in the docuement.

And, is it just me, or are the Conquistidor and the Central Military Committee completely redunant of each other?

Long term planning!

I would be good having someone figuring out the terraforming, base placement and tech research 50 turns into the future. At the moment I'm only thinking 4-10 turns ahead. With specialised departments spreading the work load it would become viable.

It’s supposed to be Hiverian (the other was a typo)... I didn't have anyone proofread it before I posted it so it's bound to have a few typos (and by a few I mean a lot).

It would be nice if the chain of command was a defined in a seperate section. Just to make it clearer for the readers.
