The problem is clear.

The events file I have posted is an old one.
There should be an secondary event to back up the PAC revolution announcement.

Thanks for noticing it.

It will be fixed within minutes.

Curt, in the last .scn PAC is building a Chinese infantry in Johanesburg (which is no trouble actually). Is this intentional?
Also, as this is an alternative history scenario, I'd love to see the complete civ descriptions (as posted in the thread) in the readme. What is the background? People who haven't followed the thread will not get the same feel without it, IMHO.

Absolutely fabulus work, mind blowing stuff all the way! I this scenario! I really do!

If I resave the scn again, it will wipe Rmsharpe's hex-edit that nullifies the global warming...

After some deilberation I decided to take the PA soldier off the city build screen.

I would like to see a 'hex change' to the scn file when I get the chance to see Mr rmsharpe online.

For now I will repost the scn without the Chinese trooper in Africa...

The new africa event is included with this mini-update.

It pops when you get the Pan African revolution tech (it is awarded via events) I can appear at any time.

You shouldn't have to wait very long!

Yes, that is correct!

As soon as the PAC revolution event is declared, the GEU war event follows.

The sequence is meant to go like this:

1. Random revolution declaration of PAC revolution.

2. GEU declare war on PAC, alliance breaks

3. Theocracy is discovered some time soon after this, giving dedicated, fanatical PAC troops.

Until step 3, you will have to rely on what troops are around...

I gather that it is not a coincidence the top Nazi fighter, the Falke, is identical to the mig design the Russians have forked out to Iran as a joined venture, the Shafagh? Search for it in the web, Curt, you'll be surprised. It is also known as the Mig i-2000, for the LFI light fighter program, and is claimed to be stealthty (the Rafale/F22 way, not the F117/B2 way).
