Its a scenario design competition. The last one was late last year or early this year. There was a good scenario called "The Odyssey" by Athena.

I think that they were trying to make an election of the best scenarios and scenario designers and stuff like that but after a lot of arguing (I don´t know why) I think that is ever going to be done again..

Just some clarification, although this is really Reismark's area;

The HAC forum, I believe, was established as a spot where discussion about the site's activities such as their annual awards would take place. WarVoid has attempted to re-establish the awards, although discussion tended to take place in the Scenario league's forum.

The Scenario Design Competition is overseen by the Scenario League, however SDC#2 and SDC#3 has had its rules hosted on the HAC site. The entries for the Dracula component (four) will be launched soon. One entrant has been unable to submit due to computer difficulties which are expected to be corrected in the very near future. Players can expect four fairly different 'takes' on the Dracula theme.
