Just a small point of clarification...
I'm not actually judging the contest. Techumseh suggested that the entries for the FW/MGE (Jason) part be run through the Scenario League - sleague@apolyton.net rather than through HAC, as Riesmark seems to have a lot on his plate. This is not however the case with the ToT (Dracula) part of the contest, where as noted above, we'll probably arrange for an FTP upload point with those entries.

I have a ToT entry to submit, and I'd like to get it off of my hard drive before I lose all interest in civ2 and delete it. So where do I submit the scenario?

OK - we're providing two possibilities with the ToT (Dracula) component:
Firstly, you may create a simple website where your personal identity is hidden, and people may download your files from there - you might even want to create a more detailed webite if you wish. There is one proviso, in that you cannot amend your 'competition version' of the scenario once the due date has been reached. Edited or enhanced versions may be created, however these will not be considered for the competitions (Official and People's Choice). Geocities and Homestead are common free website hosts that people might consider - although there are a wealth of others that may offer different things.
Secondly/Alternately, I have arranged for an upload point to an independent site. If you would rather use that means, please send me an email addressed to c.hills@bigpond.com where I can tell you where to upload the files. Note: Please do not send me the files.
(I have also asked Reismark to send me details of the possible contestants for this part of the contest.)
Reminder: The FW/MPGE (Jason and the Argonauts) part of the contest closes tomorrow - please send your entries to the Scenario League at sleague@apolyton.net if you've yet to do so. The two entries we have are Odyssey and Poseidon - both high quality, but few in number!

Is there going to be a people's choice poll given?
