China has resolved the problems we have had with the Soviet Union already. They have agreed to let our nation to have a say on how Mongolia will be run and to station troops there. Also the USSR and China are considering an alliance. So for those nations worried about a possible conflict between our two nations, do not be. The situation has been resolved.

Why do you conitnue to under mind China and its economy. All we ask is that you play on a level playing field and do not use under handed tatics to get your way. You had your day as the super power of the world and have ruined it by our own actions, not by any actions that China itself has done. Maybe the way to recover is rexam your own policies, because we believe that is the root of the problem right there. Do you not wonder why China is now far better off then your nation?? It is because we have finally seen the failings of communism and allowed our people to have freedom for once in our long history. THat is what was so great about the United States before your father came into power, and a main reason why it was able to bring the Soviet Union down without a shot.
