Modifying Governor Build Queues Support Apolyton buy from Amazon

Can someone tell me how you modify the build queues for governors? I'm very expansive and tired of clicking so much. I just can't seem to find it in the rules text and all that and any search I do is drowned out by civ3/galciv matches.

Governors are a Civ3 concept, aren't they? You might try the question in the Civ3 forum.

If you really do mean Civ2, I believe that you can modify the build order for the military/domestic 'governor' in the game.txt file.
