Why don't you start, Stormbringer? Turkey can be left to the AI.

well, we moved from Ohio to Seattle, and then moved once more from apartments to a house, so you can imagine I had a lot of stuff going on at the same time. Also my old computer (8 years old) eventually died, the motherboard burned out, and only now i got my hands on a new one, used the library before that.
Ill play the turn now, never played AOW as Russia before, so I might not do very well, but that's ok, neither did Russia.

My 11, 1900. Today after reviewing the events of the past year, and seeing that the only thing that happened was that Russia fell further behind the western powers Tsar Nicolas II dismissed the first minister, and apointed a man named Mikhail Sergeevich to the position.
Mikhail Sergeevich, being a military general, desided to fix everything like he was used to doing. He ordered the roads to be built, ordered the economy to get better, and ordered the income to increase. However strange it may sound, his policies might give some effect, and some people wonder, if he is the man Russia need to get out of its backwardness, a straight forward man who will make things happen? well that remains to be seen. By the end of May the Tsar was very pleased with how Mikhail Sergeevich handled the situation, and retreated to his palace near St.Petersburg, leaving Mikhail in charge of the country. It looks like the Russian reforms started out on the right foot, but how long will that last?

ok, I'm leaving first thing in the morning, and I should be back by saturday or sunday next week. You can either find a substitute, or let each player play Russia for one turn, that shouldn't be a problem, as I hope war will not start in the next few turns, after that I should be back to start playing again.
