in my ways is to ways. Blind-start and normal start, but todays i have use the Civ2hack,help me at use some less cheat, and if scanerio is loaded, it continue as long as me.

here is a loose translation:

"The way I think of it there are two ways to create a scenario. Blind-start and normal-start. Since I now use Civ2Hack, it helps me to use the cheat function a little less [to help create a normal scenario]. But either way, I prefer scenarios that are open-ended and that I can quit at any time."

So the question is probably "Which kind of scenario is best?"

I'd guess its some sort of map-related question. ie: Starting from a random map you couldn't place such things as rivers with the original editor but that changed with civtweak (is this the same as civhack?).

Poor ottok. If his scenario-making ability was anything like his english then his scenarios could have been very ... interesting.

[Especially his events. Nobody would know what they were supposed to do, when they were supposed to do it or why they'd just done whatever it was they just did ... ... ... Actually a bit like some of my attempts ]

Make it cool, by making one someone has not thought of... e.g. Australia vs New Zealand War (fictional) or the Boer War (historical) and then get people to help you if you need it...
