I have bad news- or good news depending on how you look at it.

My CF card got corrupted somehow and all my pictures are gone

I'm so pissed right now. Sometimes I really hate technology. I'm ready to toss my digital camera in the trash and go back to regular film. I never lost a roll of regular film due to accidental exposure or just losing it. Never happened.

I'm not sure what happened, I think it got too hot.

as for me, well I got a little toasted until I finally got some food in me. I got there early and already had a beer and a tequila shot. And this wasn't jose cuervo. This was some stronger ****. I really couldn't understand what the waiter was telling me- so I just randomly picked one.

Then I had that fish bowl of a margarita before I had even eaten anything (I only ate 10 hours earlier- yogurt and a banana)

I'm really upset, I was looking forward to posting those pictures. I had a wider assortment of pictures. Though I think Oerdin had some better individual shots (I missed the smoke in a couple of mine- the flash goes off at weird times ).

well..if dissident's anything like me, he's still recovering from this weekend...and i didn't even drink! but i wanted to.......
hey lonestar.....you'd have to admit that if my bf actually DID wear makeup, it would not look good. he's way too hairy to do that sort of stuff.
i haven't even dropped my film off yet...hell..i still have pictures left to take. they'll get there, but they may be slow in coming.

okay maybe a little too much military talk. I still talk about it too much even though I've been out for almost 4 years now.

I like my freedom. I like being able to take off at a moment's notice and go places like... San Diego

The weather was great. That's something you Londoners can never have. Great ****ing weather.

I'll take SD over Los Angeles any day. I really enjoyed the city. So much better than LA in many ways. I'm not sure why I've been to LA so many times but never San Diego. I don't think I will ever go to LA again. The air was just nasty when I drove by it.

It's good to get out and see different places and different people. Life would be too boring otherwise.

I too had a much better impression of San Diego than of LA when I was a tourist there (for a week's length). To me, the quality of life in SD looks 1000000 times better than in LA.
