Every Ten Turns Help yourself to an AD-FREE life

This is nothing official but just my view on things. Although I think the leader rotating every ten turns is a good way for everyone to get a chance I do believe it does some things to hurt the nation of Sunshinia.

1. Unstable Government. Changing leaders every ten turns is hard for all the teams to keep track of.

2. Different Views. Lets say one Mr. Happy likes doing option A) alot. While the next leader likes option B). Then the current leader changes all of the things that the previous leader has done. That means alot of wasted turns.

3. It would be nice if we could call our leader the most shiny one. But if the leader keeps on changing....

Maybe the leader switching could become less frequent? 30-40 turns?

Put an end to popups!

One thing I like about the leader swapping is that it gets more people involved with the game. Right now our activity level is really low and if we just leave all the work to one guy to handle, we'll have even less activity.

By rotating the position everyone needs to pay attention and everyone will ultimately get a good feel for how our game is going. Perhaps later on we'll agree to have the same leader continue on as our Sunshine Leader ... but right now while things are pretty easy to manage, I'd like to see us continue this trend.

It also decentralizes the power here on Team Sunshine which goes along with our hippie theme.

Support Apolyton, buy Galactic Civilizations: Deluxe Edition

Woops that was another things I was going to mention. We should continue to do this until we have the activity rate go up.

Support Apolyton buy from Amazon

I understand NM's points. When we do have a lot more cities and units to take care of, continuity of orders will be important. Right now it works. We can change it later.

We should get nominations for the next leader now.
