Scripts and Triggers Put an end to popups!

hey, I need help learning to use scripts and triggers, i tried the thing sent out by BHG but i was not able to understand how to make it work so if some1 is kind enough to... help me out in learning them with maybe examples and maybe a word help text

Um, just basicly change a country name, maybe creat units and disable building and units

I have smae prob M16 im trying to change names of countries, change unqiue units but I find the editor 2 difficult I think eventually i can find out
