Couple of observations: Meiertopia has been at size one a lot. Either they are building settlers like crazy (a tighter bog-type build???) are their capital is being bombard a lot (unlikely). I reject the thought that their cap is in that lousy a location out of hand.

As far as upgrading the units. We dont need to upgrade all of them prior to the start of the war, just enough for an initial attack that will take our first objectives. After we get are GA, we can quickly upgrade the remaining units.

Help yourself to an AD-FREE life

My guess is that the Firaxis captial poprushed a Granary and has been building Workers/Settlers ever since. Or, there many not be a Granary in there at all, but this is less likely.

Tired of ads?

I don't know if they built a Granary. If they were to do so then the size of the city would have to grow to a fair size (4+) unless it has amazing production (which the demographics suggest isn't the case), however I don't believe it's ever even gotten to size 3 for very long.

Got spare money?

You can accumulate 40 Shields while under size 3 then poprush a Granary from there, especially with possibility of Forest chops...

Inflate your Upload Space

IMHO, Considering that their population stays at 1-2 most of the time, Meiertopia is unlikely to have a Granary. With a Granary, the food storage does not empty completely when the population grows, so it would be faster to grow the population than build the settler.

We should get CDG to move the Worker back to the Capital, then we can capture the Worker. Otherwise, by allowing the worker to stay put, the worker will be destroyed.

Great observation! Would you consider a job at the Area X Offices?

Indeed, one or more civs has lost territory. I agree with the fact that it's most likely the French.

Sure. But my problem unfortunately is - I don't have PTW, so I can't access the saved file. Have been relying solely on the maps and charts posted by the vondrake, bigfree, mwia and nye.

Put an end to popups!

Well - even then, there's a lot of observations you can make by looking at the turn reports. Like the ones you did already.

ok. Feel free to PM me if you need me to do anything. Thanks.

It's impossible to get a US version of PTW here in Tokyo. There is Japanese version, but I don't understand Jap. Am waiting for my next business trip/home leave, and I will go and get a copy. C3 Conquest may be out by then.

Support Apolyton, buy Galactic Civilizations: Deluxe Edition

you may think i am crazy .... but i want to save on postage.

My plan is to get all the demographics data, top 5 cities data, overall score, from Turn 1 to now updated into a spreadsheet. Once this is done, it's easy to manipulate the numbers and do whatever analysis needed.

Edited : with my plan.

That would be great. I think OliverFA has started something like that, but he went away.
