I want to know how to extract the music from the game or if I can find the songs already extracted somewhere on the net.

What are your favourite sounds? I like the musket sound. But the music is cool too.

The Windows version might have wav sounds, but the DOS version does not.

I actually had a hardtime finding the patch for itfor the German version (still haven't found it..........)

And I never saw any windows version of it...........

Well there was, in about the same time as Civilization for Windows got out (actually inbetween Civilization for Windows and CIVNET IIRC)

I can't even remember anymore, when I bought it. I know CIV I was first........then far later I bought Civnet, so somewhere in between, but only the dos-versions.........

I think I was still running DrDos at this time ...........

Ive got the music in MOD format, but not the sound effects. (from the Amiga version)

Someone gave me those links where you can find mosf of the tunes. Enjoy them.

I'm sorry if I thread-jack this a little bit, but I have a similar question:

Is there a way to extract the col graphics? I figured out which files contain the images, but for the life of me cannot find a tool to get at them. Any ideas?
