Hey! After such a messed up and crappy summer (has to be up there with the worst in my life), I just wanted to thank you dudes for being here for me to ***** and moan or just goof around. Without Poly, I'm not sure where my sanity would have gone. You guys were my true friends and good pals.

Even though some of you were morons (), you still were fun to argue with or listen to or just goof around with. And some of your were just so easy to troll or were so amazingly gullible (yes, this means you Funboy ).

So, as my summer ends (I come back to ATL in about a week), I'd like to express my thanks to you fellahs!

No, che, I'm quite sober. I actually do consider you guys great pals. I was isolated from the rest of my friends this summer, and you guys were there for me and helpful and listened.

Yes, there is no alcohol in this house, che... unfortunetly. They aren't super devout, but they ain't keeping none here (especially with my younger brother living at home ).

I'll have to wait until I drive back home and can down some nice whiskey... until I can go get some beers .

Well a few threads are around. My (first and only so far) g/f broke up with me before the summer started without any closure (you know the 'breakup' of the breakup?). Now she doesn't want to speak to me (even though we were friendly for a bit after the breakup). Then my job didn't start NEARLY on time, and I ended up losing about a $1000 this summer, leading me to borrow from my parents heavily. Then my parents have me doing all this work around the house... because well, I'm home, and they don't want to do it (painting and stuff). And to top it all off, I'm in Jersey, and all my high school friends are gone, and all my Atlanta friends are all over, so I haven't had anyone to talk to about my stressful time... just you guys. AND I just had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed recently.

Yeah, it doesn't sound that bad, I guess... but it was an incredibly stressful summer.

Ok, stressful, but not bad. That is good -- in a weird way, maybe.

But the breakup definitely sounded like a bad experience you would rather forget. She probably just didn't realize how lucky she was to be with a cool guy.

Yes the breakup combined with the long wait of job really stressed me the Hell out.... and there were concerns of missing rent payments, etc. Very, very stressful time. If I had that job at the beginning, it probably wouldn't have been as bad (but still horrible because of the g/f troubles... Hell, it was a 2 year relationship).
