It would be a major improvement if the new C3C editor allowed linking improvements, wonders and techs to specific civs, the same way that units can be linked in PTW. This would open up many new possibilities, including greater differences between civs. There could be some major eirher/or branches in the tech tree instead of every civ getting everything. Just a thought for the developers.

bazaars are marketplaces are they not?
I would think it would be far more interesting if the whole tech tree is available with only certain techs available for certain civs which allow civ specific buildings/units...
Also there could be civ specific small wonders...
