I would prefer not using the mod unless you all really want it and we cant do both keygens and birds setting's so we have to decide on one

I accept Keygen's settings except that I think the few/many Goods setting is far too high unless one of you (Frozzy/Protoss) veto the Labyrinth. I might be wrong but I think that wonder will be very-very powerfull i games with many goods.

thought i should point out that the main reason i didnt want the mod was because of the 100/150 turn point bonus, it would be alot easier to get with the mod on.

I propose both 100% goods and PBEM Mod to accelerate the game so we can have results perhaps in less than 6 months. I can understand playing a 6-8 player game for years but 1x1 and 2x2 games in a tournament style must end soon.

okay then we are going with keygen's settings and i will veto the globesat. One small problem, i dl the mod but i cant seem to get it to run(cause im on a mac?), anyone have an idea?

Protoss, I have already given my veto to GlobeSat so if you feel like it you can veto another wonder.

I will send you instructions on how to install the mod tonight. If it still doesn't work we will go without it.

It has the disadvantage of getting obsolete too soon (Age of Reason). With the mod you get 8+1 advances, 6 ahead of an ordinary game so age of reason would be even closer.

Or even better let Frozzy start it, save it and pass it on to you so you can still be the first in order.

In any invent I would be interested to further examine the issue. Perhaps get flameflash involved too who also runs mac and see if there is a problem on the mac version of CtP with the mod.

if frozzy created and saved wouldnt he have to play my turn? since i really wouldnt want that, could frozzy and i possible switch? i will be player 3 and he can be player 1 and create?

Are you using the Map Editor? You can't fudge Keygen's mod and the map editor together, or you get 1 settler for the first player.

what would i use the map editor for? i press the create pbem game, then i load the mod and start the game up, it just wont work

That's not the case.
He will save the turn the same way you save a turn in single-player and he will send it to you. There is no need for him to play your turn or hit the END button.
Of cource he will have to rename the save if not already while saving it, to a more recognizable name and put the .csg extention at the file so you can load it by double clicking it. Of cource I am not sure if that's the way you open a turn in mac.

Once you open that turn you will begin from the scratch.

You can however switch with Frozzy if you'd like, I wouldn't mind at all if that's your wish.
